Foreign visitors staying over 90 days must register and receive a Residence Card (formerly ARC). The Immigration Act Enforcement Rule Art. 72 subpara. 10 sets the issue and reissue fee at 35,000 KRW. Pay by government revenue stamp, cash, or card at the immigration office after a HiKorea appointment. This listing is the government stamp only — it does not include a private agency fee.
