WOWPASS is a foreigner-exclusive prepaid card covering nationwide public transportation plus card payments and currency loading. VisitKorea (updated August 2026) lists the card price as 5,000 won. Buy via the WOWPASS app or at kiosks (airports, major subway stations, hotels). Passport required. Load KRW or foreign currency (USD, JPY, CNY, and others) at a kiosk.
