Korea Road Traffic Authority (한국도로교통공단) published fee for exchanging a valid foreign driver's license into a Korean mobile IC license (Korean/English): 15,000 KRW. Apply in person at a driver's license examination office (Gangseo example listed). Physical exam fee is separate (class-2 / other licenses 7,000 KRW at on-site clinic).
